My Diagnosis of Blagojevich

Here's what I think Rod Blagojevich has:

"Narcissistic personality disorder
is a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration.  They believe they are superior to others and have little regard for other people's feelings.  But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism."

At this point, even his hair has called for him to resign.  At which point Blagojevich swore at it and buzzed it all off.

Obviously, everyone should be against the appointment of Roland Burris not because he wouldn't be qualified, but because he is being appointed by a now defunct governor who puts the "lame" in "lame duck."

But at least no one is saying that people are opposing Burris because of his race (African-American) or using racially loaded language.  Oh wait, this just in:

I think they'll figure out a way to not seat Burris, but it's going to be an uphill fight.  My guess is it will be decided in the U.S. Supreme Court.  Until then, I hope we can get some more high-flying, logic-defying rhetoric and all-out craziness from Blago's side to at least make his ride out of office fun.
